When submitting your support request, please try to:

  1. Describe the issue in detail, attach screenshots.
  2. Provide a link to the page where the issue is happening. We will probably need to inspect with Chrome Developer tools and investigate.
  3. Not always needed, but would be very useful for us if you can create a temporary admin account for us, or share a Temporary Login Without Password.

This would just help us understand the issue better and try as much to reply with the solution and avoid going back and forth requesting more information.
